We focus on recruiting strong students and leaders and cultivating talent through targeted development efforts.

 

Hall Presidents
There are ten hall presidents here on the West campus. The Advisor and E-Board Buddy all work together to ensure that Hall Presidents are growing as leaders, developing skills, and branching out into other leadership positions on campus.

 

RHA Fall Leadership Camp
At the beginning of the year, we hold a fall leadership camp in Northern Arizona. Over 100 residents attend this camp, where they make friends, learn about RHA, bond with the other RHAs from ASU, and learn what it means to be a student leader.

 

Committees & Boards
We have several committees and boards for residents to be active in, where they will gain their leadership voice and grow as student leaders on campus. For more information click here.

 

Elections
At the end of the spring semester, or whenever needed, we hold elections in order to fill our RHA Staff. These elections provide residents with a unique opportunity to become a part of RHA’s Staff.
