Executive Board

Executive Director:

Kody Cambra

The Director's duties include but are not limited to; running all meetings, acting as a liaison to Residential Life, representing RHA on-campus, overseeing the activities of the Executive Board, casting the deciding vote in the case of a tie, and the discretion of vetoing any motion deemed inappropriate with majority consent from the Executive Board.

 

 

 

 

Director of Campus Affairs:

Sydney Hughes-Jackson​

The Director of Campus Affair's duties include but are not limited to; acting as the Executive Director in his or her absence, serving as the chief legislative officer and student advocate for the organization; planning and implementing at least two (2) campus forums each semester based on current issues; maintaining relations with on-campus student organizations; serving as a liaison to university boards and committees; and spearheading the organization’s participation in university initiatives.

 

 

 

 

Director of Business Administration:

Katelyn (Kate) Anaradian

The Director of Business Administration's duties include but are not limited to; acting as the Director in his/her absence, preparing the budget each semester, ensuring that guidelines for proposals are met, reconciling RHA accounts, performing secretarial duties such as recording and providing minutes, maintaining office supplies and the organization thereof, and also in charge of fundraising efforts of the organization.

 

 

 

 

 

Director of NACURH Communications:

Justice Toby

The Director of National Communications' duties includes maintaining all regional and national communication with other schools, make all arrangements for regional and national conferences and act as the school's representative in the boardroom at these conferences and act as parliamentarian during RHA meetings. In addition, s/he is responsible for organizing and implementing two (2) RHA retreats, each taking place at the start of the Fall and Spring semester.

 

 

 

 

 

Director of Programming:

Ashley Dort

The Director of Programming's duties includes but are not limited to; providing at least six (6) programs each semester. Two (2) of the six (6) must be campus-wide, one (1) must be diversity awareness, and one (1) must be educational. The other two (2) is up to the discretion of the Director of Programming.

 

 

 

 

Director of Public Relations:

Crystina Bremser

 

 

 

The Director of Public Relations' duties include but are not limited to; increasing awareness of RHA, promoting the principles of RHA, surveying resident opinions and feedback, maintaining all social networking sites and updating OrgSync and the RHA website, and creating effective posters. Acting as RHA’s Historian, such as taking pictures and documenting all RHA events in a scrapbook for future reference. Keeping track of and implementing the hall points system known as Sparks.

 

 

 

 

National Residence Hall Honorary Chancellor:

Currently Unfulfilled

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Chancellor oversees the operations of the Honorary. They ensure that the pillars of scholastics, service, leadership, and recognition are being fulfilled by RHA's sister organization. The Chancellor serves as an ex-officio officer for RHA to ensure that communication lines are always open.

 

 

Advisor

Tifanee Minnieweather

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Advisor is appointed by Residential Life. The advisor’s expected duties will include attending one-on-one meetings with the Executive Board, attending all General Council meetings, keeping communication with Executive Council members, attending regional and national conferences, and acting as a mediator between RHAW and Residential Life.
